Rule 1: How to buy & pay

• First-Come, First-Served: Items are only reserved once you complete the online checkout process.

• Exact Cash Only: Select the cash option at checkout. Your items will be held as PENDING while we coordinate pick up. Bring exact change - I cannot make change.

Rule 2: All sales are final.

• No haggling: To keep it fair, prices are firm online and at pickup. If an item is listed for $50, it is $50.

Rule 3: Return policy and item condition

Sold As-Is: Everything is strictly final sale with no refunds or exchanges.

Check Photos: Items are represented accurately, so please review photos and details carefully before buying.

Rule 4: Local pickup only - no shipping

• Amherst Pickups: No shipping or delivery is offered under any circumstances.

• Second Floor Location: I live on the second floor. While I can safely carry down normal items, heavy furniture requires you to bring adequate vehicles and moving labor.

Rule 10: Late arrivals and schedule changes.

• Keep Me Updated: If you are running late or have an emergency, please text me as soon as possible.

• Cancelations: Because slots are scheduled around my availability and my neighbors, no-shows with without notice may have their orders canceled.

Rule 5: Post-purchase communication and scheduling

• Next Steps: I will text or email you within 48 hours to coordinate a convenient pickup window.

• Collection Window: All items must be collected within 72 hours of our final scheduling agreement.

• Cancelations: If a scheduled slot is missed or messages go unanswered, the transaction will be canceled.

Rule 6: Available pickup hours.

• Pickups are strictly by appointment during these designated windows:

• Monday through Friday: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

• Saturday: By appointment only

• Sunday: Completely closed

Rule 7: Parking and driveway rules.

• Street Parking Only: Please park legally on the opposite side of the street. Do not use or block the shared driveway.

• Heavy Items Exception: For heavy furniture, contact me in advance to arrange a brief loading window in the driveway.

Rule 8: Arrival and privacy procedures.

• Do Not Knock or Ring Bell: To respect my neighbors, please do not use the doorbell or knock.

• Text Me When You Arrive: Just send me a quick text when you park. I will reply and bring your items down to the front door area

Rule 9: Item preparation and surface dust.

• Clean: Items are wiped down before collection.

• Surface dust: Because these items are pre-loved and stored in my home, a little light surface dust is possible at pickup.
